The same issue as in previous snapshot version still seems to exist.
Datasets collected in December 2018 and January to early February 2019 at Diamond (DLS) beamlines like I04 (Eiger2 HDF5 datasets) might show failures in processing with autoPROC. This is due to some recent changes and re-organisation of the meta-data structure and information content for those datasets. the latest autoPROC release 20190214 should address this - please let us know if this is not the case!
