Known Issues in 20200319 autoPROC release:

Introduction

Please also check the autoPROC home page and the news page for updates and snapshot releases.

Bruker Photon-II data

The same issue as in previous versions still seems to exist.

Analysis of stuck pixels in aP_detect_damaged_pixels (fixed in 20200520 release)

When running aP_detect_damaged_pixels you will see an error message like this:

/home/software/GPhL/20200319/autoPROC/bin/linux64/aP_detect_damaged_pixels: line 157: [: autoPROC_DetectDamagedPixels_MinNumImagesForStucks: integer expression expected

This has no effect on any other analysis, but the detection of potentially stuck pixels will not be done. This will be fixed in the next release.

Correction of incorrectly masked (overloaded) pixels (fixed in 20200520 release)

Running the new aP_fixcbf tool migh result in a segmentation fault at an early stage. A fixed binary for the underlying program will be made available here asap.
