What is plotted as the four lines on the CC plots?

Fo,Fo+delta (the green line) the expected correlation between the observed structure factor amplitudes (Fo(h)) and the amplitudes plus the experimental noise (Fo(h)+sigma(h)*Gauss(0,1)).
Fo,Ffrg (the white line) the correlation coefficient between the observed structure factor amplitude (Fo(h)) and the amplitude of the structure factor as calculated from the partial structure in the fragment file (Ffrag(h)) without bulk solvent correction
Fo,Fc (the yellow line) the correlation coefficient between observed structure factor amplitude (Fo(h)) and the amplitude of the total structure factor as calculated from the current model (Fc(h)), with bulk solvent correction
Fc,Fxpct (the blue line) the correlation coefficient between the amplitude of the total structure factor as calculated from the current model (Fc(h)) and the expectation value for the same amplitude as calculated from the Rice distribution (Fxpct(h)). These correlation coefficients depart from one because of the error model associated with the partial structure and the missing atoms.
