The generation of BUSTER_model.cif has to be done manually by:
% cd output_directory % aB_deposition_prep BUSTER_model.pdb
even when refine is run with BusterCreateCif=yes.
A harmless side-effect is the reporting of "cannot stat 'refine.mtz'".
