Fixed in 20190607 release
The automatic adjustment of the X-Ray weight is inadvertently switched off. This will be fixed in the next release.
In the meantime you could run e.g. with
% refine -w 6.0 ...
to increase the X-Ray weight from the default (4.0) to 6.0. A higher X-Ray weight will most likely result in a loosening of the geometry, so a lower value should give tighter adherence ot the geometric restraints.

The DFc completion is not using the correct coefficients for reflections below the low-resolution limit of the observations, leading to artefacts within the solvent region. This will be fixed in the next release.
