Where Pipedream is run with input images, the summarised autoPROC processing statistics reported in the summary.out file are for the isotropically scaled data even if Pipedream is run with the -useaniso option to tell it to use the anisotropically processed Staraniso data file. The full processing statistics are given in the autoPROC output file, process.out.
This will be corrected in the next release.
