[buster-discuss] occupancy refinement ?

  I have (unusually !!) a dataset that goes to 1.8A.  auto buster refines the
  occupancies, and i am unclear why.  i have tried using the refocc="no"
  but this doesn't work.

  could i have clues as to what I'm doing wrong/program behaviour ??
