A bug in mogul in the 2013 release of Cambridge Structural Database System 
causes problems when using grade, grade_PDB_ligand or buster-report.

Until there is a fix for the mogul available from CCDC you should continue to 
use mogul from the 2012 CSDS release. If you are worried that "the licence for
