[buster-discuss] SC_ARG_MAX

When using "refine" in the latest BUSTER snapshot, I get the message "Please increase SC_ARG_MAX (current value = 131072) to at least 132690". Twice. What does SC_ARG_MAX signify, and how/where do I do this?
