[buster-discuss] New release of the Global Phasing BUSTER software

Dear BUSTER users,

     A new release of BUSTER is available at

           https://www.globalphasing.com/buster/

On top of a number of improvements and fixes, it provides a new plugin
mechanism in Pipedream to allow retrieval of input data from external
sources (e.g. a database) and the use of equal-observation-number
binning in REMARK 3 statistics from BUSTER (to be consistent with
statistics from data processing in autoPROC).
