[buster-discuss] New snapshot release of the Global Phasing software incorporating changes to BUSTER and Pipedream

Dear BUSTER users,

We are pleased to announce a new version of our software containing
several improvements and fixes to BUSTER and Pipedream.

* BUSTER now includes a first implementation of deposition-ready mmCIF
  coordinate files (that also include the geometric restraints used
  for non-standard residues): this is ongoing work with the PDBx/mmCIF
  Working Group towards mmCIF-only depositions.

* Pipedream has been enhanced to handle larger deviations in cell
  dimensions when running using a pre-processed reflection file.

* In addition to the summary.out file, Pipedream will now write all
  of the statistics and important run and output information in XML
  format to summary.xml, to allow easy and automated data harvesting.
