[buster-discuss] Specifying name for output files

Hello all,

Is there a flag that can be given on the command line that will instruct Buster to give the output pdb and mtz files a specific name instead of the default (refine.pdb, refine.mtz)? I use the -d flag to give the output *directories* different names, but it’d be nice for the output pdb and mtz files also to be able to carry user-assigned names. Sometimes I do multiple refinements testing different combinations of parameters, and downstream I often need to move all the pdb files into a common directory, which is tedious and error-prone when they’re all named refine.pdb. Does an option to specify output file names exist? If it does, I have overlooked it in the documentation.

Thanks for any advice.

Matthew
