[buster-discuss] Error running buster_maponly

Hello all,

I am using BUSTER_snapshot_20240123 on a Mac running Sonoma (OS 14.3.1) and am trying to calculate maps using buster_maponly.

My input command:

buster_maponly -v -nthreads 5 -p ../input.pdb -m ../../../process-xds/reflections.mtz -o buster_maps.mtz

When I run this, it appears to read in the PDB and MTZ files correctly, but then I get an error with:


ERROR : [buster_maponly-0024] see

/tmp/whitleymaj-BUSTER/whitleymaj-1708981644-buster_maponly__60597.dir/buster.log

When I look at the indicated log file, I see the following information:


/Users/whitleymaj/GPhL/BUSTER_snapshot_20240123/autoBUSTER/bin/darwin/buster_maponly: line 338: /Users/whitleymaj/GPhL/BUSTER_snapshot_20240123/bin/linux64_exe/cmdServer: No such file or directory


Any ideas as to the source of the problem?
