<p>I've been trying to use -autoncs option but I can't find any record that is has been applied - nothing in the PDB header, and gelly_sanity_test.log says</p>
<p>NOTE BUSTER_SIM_DEFINE' cards found - so no similarity restraints will be used</p>
<p>So I guess I'm doing something wrong here, but I'm not sure what. Apparently the program recognizes the syntax properly.</p>
