<p>I have run into a problem with Buster being unable to properly identify chains in my file. I end up with StdProptein, Protein, Water, "back" and "side" cards with 0 atoms. Consequently there is no TNT.seq file created. I see this happening on the linux installation, which I have never tried before. Interestingly, the same input files are fine on Mac. I checked this for two different proteins. How can I track what is wrong there?</p>
