Looking at your files: I wouldn't necessarily trust this single
site. I'm always suspicious of 'funny coordinates' - like the X=1.0,
Y=0.972, Z=0.098 that you got from the heavy atom
detection. Furthermore, since your coordinates stay identical
throughout the refinement I suspect that a lot of eigenvalues got
filtered out because refinement of the coordinates is not well
determined.

You might want to interpret your Pattersons by hand if they're nice
and clean. You can then use the found site(s) in a
~/sharpfiles/datafiles/something.hatom file to force autoSHARP into
using these.
