[sharp-discuss] MTZ column labels

Dear Huiying,

two possibilities come to mind:

  1. permissions are not quite right: remember that the UNIX user that
is running the httpd has to have 'rwx' permissions on your
'sharpfiles/*files' directories. So if this UNIX account is in
the same UNIX group as you you can do

     % chmod 0770 /where/ever/sharpfiles /where/ever/sharpfiles/*files

If this account is in a different UNIX group:

     % chmod 0777 /where/ever/sharpfiles /where/ever/sharpfiles/*files

  2. something might be wrong with your CCP4 setup: have a look in
     $BDG_home/machines/mymachine/ccp4.setup if everything is
correct. You can change this (as SHARP Site Adminisitrator) via
     the 'ccp4-setup' script (see $BDG_home/adm/bin/bdg-help).

Hope that helps

Cheers

Clemens
