Dear Frederico,

my first guess is that the permissions aren't right. The setup script
for ARP/wARP assumes that within the directory you give
(e.g. /xtal/arp_warp_6.0/bin/Linux) there is a binary 'arp_warp' that
is executable.

Can you check that you can actually execute this binary (as the user
that installs SHARP), e.g.:

  % /xtal/arp_warp_6.0/bin/Linux/arp_warp
