I wonder if someone can clarify the phasing statistics from SHARP for me. E=
xperiment is refining some SOLVE sites (14) against the peak wavelength dat=
a at 3.5A.

These are at CONVERGENCE (relative tolerance reached)

FOMacen 0.32, FOMcen 0.09 (FOM from SOLVE is 0.46 using data to 4.0A)
Anomalous Rcullis acentric 0.73
Anomalous phasing power acentric 1.62
Absolute LOC acentric (anomalous) 36
Absolute LOC acentric (isomorphous) 15.6
Absolute LOC centric (isomorphous) 22.7
Normalized LOC acentric (anomalous) 0.99
Normalized LOC acentric (isomorphous) 1.0
Normalized LOC centric (isomorphous) 0.98

SHARP then seems to do so more cycles (still running) and warns "NO CONVERG=
ENCE YET (WARNING: SMALL CYCLES =3D NUM CYCLES!)".

As far as I understand the phasing power is good. What about the other stat=
istics ?. Do I have to try the opposite hand in SHARP also ?

Thanks in advance,

Iain
