try:

cd /where/sharp/is/installed
source setup.csh
$BDG_home/helpers/linux/httpd.SuSE-9.1 -f $BDG_home/sushi/conf/httpd-1.3.conf

if that does not core dump you should run:

$BDG_home/adm/bin/http-setup hostname-of-server

and specify the httpd binary: /where/sharp/is/installed/helpers/linux/httpd.SuSE-9.1
