ohhhhh!!

So a valid licence file cannot look like this?:

# blah blah university
  code1
  code2
# blah blah university code for machine
  code3

That is, it doesn't read lines beginning with '#' as a comment? Also, is 
there something from the command line I can run that exists in the sharp 
package that can immediately tell me if I have a valid licence or not?
