Hi Fred,

this might happen if your data is very incomplete in some resolution
shells. E.g. if the MTZ file contains data tp the corners of the
detectors for only a few images. Then the ECALC procedure becomes
unstable - and you get this complaint.

Have a look at your MTZ file e.g. with SFTOOLS:

sftools <<EOF
read your.mtz
complete shells 100
quit
EOF

which should give you an idea about completeness. Afterwards you might
want to restrict the resolution of your autoSHARP run to the limits
with useful completeness.
