Try stopping/starting the server with

  % cd /where/ever/sharp
  % . ./setup.sh         # sh/bash/ksh/zsh
    - or -
  % source ./setup.csh   # tcsh/csh

  % adm/bin/kill_server SHARP
  % adm/bin/restart_server SHARP
  % adm/bin/check_server SHARP

It reports running on 'rigaku3' but you try to connect to 'rigaku'
... maybe just a typo and you should connect to http://rigaku3:8080?

Try the kill/restart/check step mentioned above first. Then  double
check with

  % ps -efl | grep httpd

Does this show a running httpd for that SHARP installation?

That _should_ be ok, but you could try connecting to

  http://localhost:8080/

instead (localhost is always a valid name and points to your current
machine).
