[sharp-discuss] Problems in SIGMAZ!

Hi sharpers


I'm getting an error with problems in sigmaz but it's unclear what the problem is... 


I try to do the phase combination of the same model in another non isomorphous dataset and it works fine. I'm doing multi xtal averaging and wanted to phase combine the model with this particular dataset. 

I used mkabcd.cgi to extract the phases from the pdb. 


Here's the overall correlation on E^2 for the working non isomorphous dataset:
>  Overall Correlation on |E|**2                :  0.13592
> 
>  Overall <FOM>                                : 0.17384
> 

And here's the other dataset which yields the problem in sigmaz error:

>  Overall Correlation on |E|**2                :  0.07564
> 
>  Overall <FOM>                                : 0.18133

The low correlation on E^2 tells me that this dataset won't take the model for phase combination and hence sigmaz fails?
