[sharp-discuss] Problem during running autosharp

Dear sharp developers team,

I am currently running autosharp on a MIRAS case on a new system (Apple OS X 10.10.) with an almost up-to-date CCP4 version (6.4.0) and I get the following error message during the self-rotation function of the native dataset :

The whole scaling procedures seemed not to cause an error, so Sharp wrote out the respective mtz file itself.
Going through the CCP4 (more precisely ecalc) documentation we found the following :
"Note that column E now has MTZ type 'E' (it was previously 'F’).”

Is it possible that autoSHARP 3.10.2 does not support CCP4 6.4.0 - and what can I do to get my starting phases using SHARP ?

Any help would be highly appreciated !

Best regards

Thomas
