[sharp-discuss] HL Coefficients in Refinement

Hello Everyone,

Trying to use HL coefficients from SHARP as restraints in phenix refinement.

Anyone seen an experimental map that does not overlay with the map
determined from MR using the native amplitudes and current model. Could be
an origin difference? Seems like I need to fix this before using the HL
coeffs in refinement. Any ideas?
