this looks like an issue with the licence checking.

Please can you try the following in a bash shell:

    . /where/ever/setup.sh      # change accordingly
    echo SHARP_home=$SHARP_home
    ls -l $SHARP_home/.licence
    head -n 99 $SHARP_home/.licence
    $SHARP_home/bin/*/sharp -l

and send us the output (to sharp-develop at globalphasing.com if you
prefer).
