The same issue as in previous snapshot version still seems to exist.
Datsets in HDF5/NeXus format (as produced e.g. by Eiger2 at beamline I04, Diamond Light Source) are not supported by this version of autoPROC. They might still work, but this is rather unreliable (due to issues within autoPROC) and not guaranteed for all datasets (because of multiple variants of these files generated between 12/2018 and 01/2019.
This has been addressed with the 20190131 release. We thank G. Winter, R. Gildae and R. Flaig at DLS, and K. Diederichs as well as several Global Phasing Consortium members, for their help in pinning down various format inconsistencies, as well as issues within autoPROC.
