Known Issues in 20200206 autoPROC release:

Bruker Photon-II data

The same issue as in previous versions still seems to exist.

Failure during analysis for (potentially) damaged ("hot") pixels

The new feature to analyse (and correct) the initial spot list for damaged (hot or flickering) pixels will fail if at the same time more than one distinct and separate spot ranges are being used. This will be the case e.g. for the "-M fast" macro or when setting e.g. autoPROC_XdsKeyword_SPOT_RANGE manually.

To avoid this error, you could

  • use autoPROC in default mode (i.e. a single image range across all of the data is used for spot search)
  • also set the parameter autoPROC_DoCleanupSpots=no

This will be fixed in the next release (thanks to D. Reinert for noticing).
