CCP4 - Problems in 5.0.2-cvX
- None discoverd so far ... but I'm sure some will come up ...
CCP4 - Problems in 4.2.2-cvX
- haven't discovered any - yet. At least all test cases in
$CCP4/examples/unix/runnable run through (but I haven't checked
the log files line-by-line)
- ... if you find anything please let me know ...
CCP4 - Problems in 4.2.1-cvX
- ccp4mapwish: doesn't link when using "funny" compiler
combinations (e.g. lf95/gcc or ifc/gcc).
- REFMAC5: at least when compiled with the Intel compiler the
$CCP4/examples/unix/runnable/refmac5_tls.exam script gives
slightly different results (as compared to g77 and/or Tru64).
- BEAST: Intel compiled binary doesn't work.
- ... if you find any others please let me know ...
CCP4 - Problems in 4.2-cvX
- Intel compiler: Mosflm hangs at the
autoindexing stage
- Portland Group C compiler: XCCPJIFFY and Rasmol doesn't
configure
- Portland Group Fortran compiler (f77 and f90): some programs
don't work (compiled on a RedHat 7.0 system with glibc 2.2.4).
- ccp4mapwish: doesn't link when using "funny" compiler
combinations.
- when using non-Gnu C compiler: some configure/xmkmf steps fail.
- ... I'm sure there are a few more ...
