Local setup

To run SHARP/autoSHARP via the default interface:

• once you are logged into mxnice, open a browser ('firefox') and connect to http://sharp:8080/:

      % firefox http://sharp:8080/

• username is the same as the one you used for login into mxnice - like eemboN (with the password being the same as the username)

To run autoSHARP via CCP4i, first set the environmental variable SHARP_home via

% export SHARP_home=/users/sharp
% ccp4i &

autoPROC should be installed and running for the workshop: you can try by typing

% process -h
