Pipedream is an "expert" system to link and automate data processing with autoPROC (where required), initial structure refinement with BUSTER, automated ligand fitting with Rhofit and final post-refinement, again with BUSTER. It has been specifically designed as a pipeline tool to facilitate integration and automation of Global Phasing's software to drive a structure based fragment/ligand screening pathway.
