Hi Keitaro,
I think you are referring to the use of maximum entropy http://scripts.iucr.org/cgi-bin/paper?ba5067
To turn it on you can add the keyword UseMaxEntLastCycle=yes or UseMaxEntThroughout=yes to your command line arguments.
