Dear Rams,

the only thing I could think of is that the /tmp directory on your
server (ie the machine that runs the httpd) is full. Have a look to
see if you can tidy up a bit. Or configure the server to use a
different directory:

  % cd $BDG_home
  % source ./setup.csh

    - or -

  % . ./setup.sh
  % adm/bin/host-setup
