[sharp-discuss] Recreating end_<JOB>.sin files

There is a .sin file for every cycle that is completed, in the logfiles
directory, including "check_input.asc" that is the starting sin file.
Just copy that back into the cardfiles directory with the right name,
and bob's your uncle.
