[sharp-discuss] Problems with 3.0.14 ???

Hello Everyone,

I have a user who is getting the following errors with SUSHI 3.0.14. In=20
addition to the recent SUSHI upgrade, I upgraded the OS to RH8.0, so the=20
error(s) may be coming from here as well. I run the httpd setup supplied as=
=20
part of the linux server helper applications.

Error #1:

2.3.7 calculating Patterson map [19.72-3.79 =C5] (details)
2.3.8 finding peaks in "native" Patterson map (details)
WARNING : some unexpected, large non-origin peaks found:

----------------------------------------------------------------
mv: cannot stat `ANALYSE/patterson_2_3.NonOriginPeaks.1': No such file or=20
directory


Error #2:

ERROR in /home/sharp/bin/sharp/getax.pl

Undefined error: The following return values are set:
* Child error =3D 25
* OS error =3D Inappropriate ioctl for device
* Eval error =3D

After which the following appeared in the http daemon log file:

Any help,comments, or suggestions would be appreciated.
