[sharp-discuss] Autosharp query

    Dear Sharpers,

    I am running Autosharp under SGI unix. I am using Hg SAD data
    in space group P6522 with scaled and merged data.

    autoSHARP works well till the Harker section calculations where
    the X=0 harker is calculated with no problems but the
    Y=0.0 Z=0.333 Harker gives an error. In the details the
    CCP4 log gives:

    .
    Data line--- AXIS Z X Y
    Data line--- AXISL 0 1 0.0z 0.0z 0 1

    *** Warning
    Invalid sub-keyword in position 4

    ***Warning
    Invalid sub-keyword in position 5

    Data line--- END
    mapmask: Input error (see above)

    Anyone any ideas please? Am I doing something
    daft?

    autoSHARP worked wonderfully with P21 a few days
    ago.
