[sharp-discuss] Finding NCS Problems

Hi,

I am trying to find the NCS operator (2-fold in P21) for a low quality 4.2A 
dataset.

It seems to crash at step 6.1 (under finding the centre of rotation). For 
some reason the software runs using an old version of GETAX (all other CCP4 
executables called up by SHARP are the new ones). Also, the field is blank 
and (obviosuly) everything thereafter doesn't work:
