Hi Paul,
the grep error is just a typo (already fixed in next release).

The httpd is due to the fact that our distributed default httpd binary
($BDG_home/helpers/linux/httpd) doesn't run on FC4. But we have other
binaries in there (SuSE, Debian etc) - see
% ls /cove/user3/paul/sharp/helpers/*/httpd.*
You can try one of those:
% cd /cove/user3/paul/sharp
% source ./setup.csh
% adm/bin/httpd-setup
Also, the message
