I mispoke (mistyped?); it's actually ARP/wARP 7.2. Your post jogged my
memory, since I think the latest ARP/wARP version is the 7.3 version that
was released alongside CCP4 6.3.0 last week.

The ARP/wARP crashes are not happening for every user, so it's probably
related to their input data. Oddly no one has reported it as a problem to
me, so maybe it's just much ado.
