Hi again,

I did the change in auto_tracing.sh but still it is generatinf different error below

 

 NOTE    : using data from run MIR.1 in density modification [2] and automatic model building [1]

   (details)

 ERROR   : -S problems during automatic building problems during automatic
           building - see log file


 # -----------------------------------------------------------------

 hls ........................ HLA,HLB,HLC,HLD
 fphi ....................... Fcent,PHIcent
 fp ......................... FP,SIGFP

ERROR: unable to MTZDUMP file eden_flat_53.1pc.mtz ERROR: file eden_flat_53.1pc.mtz not found

yes - that is a known ARP/wARP bug for the version distributed with

CCP4 6.3.0. Please see the SHARP wiki at



harp-discuss at globalphasing.com



and also the ARP/wARP FAQs at



 http://www.embl-hamburg.de/ARP/FAQ7.3.html



Once you have fixed that script in ARP/wARP, it should run through

without problems (and hopefully build a good model for you).
