Have a look at these examples (for this years RapiData workshop) - with the only difference that you should run this on a cluster machine, i.e. after something like
clusterme module load ccp4-workshop
This should be (more or less) the only difference needed for the particular setup at this workshop here.
When you want to work with your own data (e.g. collected during this workshop), make sure to read the page about autoPROC+STARANISO results in ISPyB/SynchWeb to ensure you are picking the correct file for your purpose.
