See, that is where the problem exists. I cannot restart SHARP. The server
commands (check_server, kill_server, restart_server) all produce the error.

My setup is the [Scenario 3] : Several users on a single machine. My web
browsers refuse to connect to localhost:8080, probably since I cannot
restart the SHARP server. Before DHCP changed my address, I could connect
to localhost:8080 without a problem.
