[sharp-discuss] DHCP changing address prevents killing/restarting server

Hi,

the easiest is to

  % cd /where/ever/sharp

  % cd machines
  % ln -s dhcp-107-7331 dhcp-144-5388

  (so that the 'new' machine name is now a clone of the initial one).

Obviously, if you get a new hostname again after a reboot you need to
do that again. Or, you could do the following (if using sh/bash):

  % [ ! -d `hostname -s` ] && ln -s dhcp-107-7331 `hostname -s`

Cheers

Clemens
