this looks similar to ones observed for BUSTER ;-|, see eg.

is KMP_STACKSIZE explicitly set by the GridEngine launcher, and
do you have it set when directly running runsharp.sh?

If unsetting it works you can add to $BDG_home/.bdgrc a line like:

unset KMP_STACKSIZE

and/or to eg. $BDG_home/machines/.Linux/host.setup.

Does that work?
